What’s Covered:

• This warranty covers manufacturing defects only—these include imperfections or flaws that occurred during the production process.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from accidental drops, incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any user-caused issues.

• Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers.

Important Note on Online Marketplaces:

Please be aware that purchases made on platforms such as Amazon or other online marketplaces may not be covered under our 2-year warranty. Only products sold by ovrly’s official store or authorized partners qualify for warranty support. Items sold by third-party sellers not affiliated with ovrly are not eligible.
